JFG Fall 2008 will be held at alternate sites in Des Moines,
as Cownie Soccer Complex is unavailable due to flooding.
Games will be played at Aliber Soccer Complex
(63rd St. & Grand Ave. in West Des Moines)
and at Soccer South Soccer Club
(5171 Park Avenue in Des Moines).

HOTELS: Hotel Reservation must be made through the tournament sight. Failure to do so may result in your team not be accepted into the tournament.

Here is what you will need for check in, which will take place at the Dallas Room of Sheraton West Des Moines (I-35 and Universtiy Avenue), from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, September 19:
State-approved roster
Permission to travel form if team is from out-of-state
Guest Player Forms (if applicable)
Passes for all players including guests
Medical release forms for each player (including guest players)
