WEST DES MOINES, Iowa – Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013 – Once again, the Menace is taking our fans on a bus trip to the state-of-art Sporting Park in Kansas City, Kan.
Make plans to join us on Wednesday, Oct. 23. This time, it’s for a big international game. Sporting Kansas City takes on the Honduran champion, CD Olimpia.

What: CONCACAF Champions League™ match between Sporting KC (Major League Soccer) and CD Olimpia (Honduras)
When: Wednesday, Oct. 23. The bus departs at 2:30 p.m. from the upper parking lot at Valley Stadium (4440 Mills Civic Parkway in West Des Moines). We’ll return immediately after the 7 p.m. game.
Where: Sporting Park in Kansas City, Kan. (about three hours from West Des Moines)
Price: Package includes game ticket (regularly $38), roundtrip bus ride from Valley Stadium, and post-game photo on the field: $45 per person. SPECIAL DISCOUNT PRICE of $40 if you wear MENACE RED. Bus includes individual power outlets, Wi-Fi, and restrooms. Cost is$20 for ticket only if you wish to drive yourself.
This is a monumental year for Sporting Park, the venue for the 2013 Major League Soccer Game (July 31) and an upcoming FIFA World Cup Qualifier between the United States Men’s National Team and Jamaica (Oct. 11). On May 28, the Menace had the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play in Sporting Park, going toe-to-toe with Sporting KC in front of more than 15,000 fans. In the third round of the Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup, the Menace fought to a 2-0 finish against the MLS side.
