WEST DES MOINES, Iowa – Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012 – The Des Moines Menace has openings for several part-time, game-day internships.

If you’re a college student or recent graduate looking to get hands-on experience in the sports industry, we invite you to take a look at these positions:
- Sports Marketing and Operations Game-Day Intern
- Sports Marketing and Promotions Game-Day Intern
- Broadcasting/Public-Address Game-Day Intern

The Menace’s internship program offers a fun, professional working environment with opportunities for learning and professional development. We're looking for talented, self-motivated individuals who can commit to working behind the scenes every day the Menace plays at home (early May through early August).

ABOUT THE MENACE: The Des Moines Menace provides the highest level of soccer in Iowa. The Menace men’s side competes in the 73-team United Soccer Leagues Premier Development League (PDL). The Menace’s women’s team prepares for its inaugural season, as part of the six-team Women’s League Soccer. The Menace teams play their home matches in a fun, family-friendly environment at Valley Stadium in West Des Moines. The organization promotes a healthy lifestyle through its popular youth programs, including the Menace Academy (select soccer for ages 9-19), camps, clinics, Junior Menace and tournaments.
