Des Moines Menace Donations

The Des Moines Menace is proud to be involved with various charitable events and organizations through out the state of Iowa.  We have great enthusiasm for the philanthropic community, but are unable to honor all requests because of high demand.  We ask that you examine the following criteria for donations, to see if your request applies to the mission of the Des Moines Menace.

Criteria for Menace Donations:

1.  The organization/event is Iowa based.

2.  The organization/event involves and directly benefits local youth.

3.  The organization/event help assist the Menace in their mission of growing soccer in the state of Iowa.

If you have a request that relates to the criteria listed above, we ask that you take the following steps to apply for a donation.

1. Complete a Menace Donation Request Form (available here).  
   
2. Be sure to include organization/event description and appropriate tax id.
   
3. Submit information by fax or mail (phone/email requests will not be accepted) at least 30 days prior to event.

 Requests will be answered in the order received, not all requests will be honored.

            In the past, the Menace have donated to organizations such as the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the Iowa Huntington's Disease Society of America, and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, in which they donated $5,600.  The Menace also helped raise $6,500 for the Easter Seals Camp Sunnyside, and have made contributions to numerous community organizations and schools within Central Iowa.
