The Des Moines Menace is proud to be involved in several community events throughout the greater Des Moines area and state of Iowa.  We have great enthusiasm for the philanthropic community, but are unable to honor all requests for appearances because of high demand.  We ask that you examine the following criteria for appearances, to see if your request applies to the mission of the Des Moines Menace.

Criteria for Menace Appearances:

1.  The event is reasonable distance for Menace headquarters.

2.  The organization/event involves and directly benefits local youth.

3.  The organization/event help assist the Menace in their mission of growing soccer in the state of Iowa.

If you have an appearance request that relates to the criteria listed above, we ask that you take the following steps to apply.

1. Complete a Menace Appearance Request Form (available here).  
   
2. Be sure to include organization/event description and tax id.
   
3. Submit information by fax or mail (phone/email requests will not be accepted) at least 30 days prior to event.

Requests will be answered in the order received, not all requests will be honored.
